Description: Invictus Ventures Corporation will be entrusted with the stewardship of providing the highest quality management services in the industry. We recognize that this can only be obtained by devoted commitment to the needs of our employees, investors, clients and community. Our resources will be as an asset not to be sold or squandered for short-term gain, but rather as a long-term investment to be held and utilized in a way that benefits both our company and those who choose to live, work and grow with us. Our primary mission is to actively manage so as to continually consult and enhance its value as a long-term investment for the Company, and to enhance its value for those who have chosen to be dedicated. We believe that the thoughtful, deliberate and prudent management of the Company's properties is a sound investment strategy, both in financial terms and in terms of maintaining the quality of life where we are located. We will pursue this mission through our basic business. We will be a planner, builder, landlord, investor, community partner, employer and neighbor. We will employ the most talented, motivated people available, and encourage them to apply their full potential in the pursuit of excellence. We acknowledge the hand of God on all aspects of Invictus Ventures Corporation and therefore desire that all that we do be to honor Him. We insist that our business goals serve both the owners of this Company and those who share an investment in our business. The Invictus Ventures Corporation's corporate values are rooted in our awareness that what we do potentially impacts the lives of many people and will leave a legacy that will be visible for centuries to come. Our challenge, then, is to make decisions that reflect community attitudes and desires, and that earn the respect of both current and future generations. The Invictus Ventures Corporation will be willing to commit knowledge, energy, resources and a fair share of our rewards of success where they will help address problems where they exist even beyond our property line and our immediate self-interest. Philanthropy is a part of this commitment, as well as our culture. We will support a wide range of charitable organizations determined to improve lives in our communities, and we have chosen to focus extraordinary attention and resources to initiatives that will improve education and encourage conservation. In all these things, we are determined to conduct our business honestly, fairly, forthrightly and ethically.
