Description: Entertainment has been one of the consistently profitable segments of a weakened econony. In that light,we are seeking funding for a feature production to open in a prime national resort and entertainment destination. The production has been called "a blockbuster" by one of America's most beloved entertainers/businessmen. Our business plan has a trimmed budget. Our break even point is reached selling out as few as 20% of the prospective theater seats for our feature anchor show alone. Meanwhile we have negotiated a prospective lease and lined up a full day of other performers (performances) that will bring in additional revenue for our company (not the theater). In addition, we also have an excellent retail line and and concessions/cafe vending. We are a production company with over $1m in assets and several lesser productions. Our lead performers are top tier and we have the largest selection of exotic animal performers in Magic (our feature production.) Our production crew boasts veteran producers, choreographers, designers,dancers and acrobats from Vegas and Hollywood. We have a warehouse of classic top quality Vegas style costuming and sets ready to go. We are working to get ticket sales marketed and sold for the season prior to opening night once anchored. Our ticket prices our competitive and our demographics are a stable audience even in this economy. Credit card ticket sales can provide immediate return to investor whether returning a line of credit, loan or partnership dividend. We feel that we have a solid formula for success and future expansions. Ultimately, we are seeking to commit the theater for 180 days, which includes 90 days of pre-production and our marketing plan. We're anxious to get this up before the season advances. This is a very real opportunity to get an interest in quite possibly a ledgendary show.
