Description:
I am a certified teacher with 16 years of service with the department of education.I recently decided to start a daycare in my neighborhood. I am about to lease a 2600 sq ft commercial building that is equipped to hold about 60-70 children. I ntend to chage 200 weekly for each child. The location of the daycare is central, and convienant to public transportation. I am in desperate need of a business plan because I need additional funding of about 60,000 in orfer to finish the total renovation of this property which has to have new electrical, plumbing, and heat.
