We build high end properties in the area to the South West of London selling for between $2m upto $10m to bespoke design. We have excellent bank relationships and have invested substantial equity in our projects. In order to coninue growing we are looking for JV partners who place between $200k-$2m of equity into our deals on the basis of a 50/50 split. Our projects aim to return over a 50% IRR. We also have a investment business that buys substantially discounted property for medium term rental. The principals have over 10 years experience in the market place.
