Description:
East Coast District is a small skateboard company with huge potential. It's been making a small profit and has been running for a little over a year now by both myself and my business partner Kevin Darcy. To give some perspective, we are both still in high school. Through this you can see the potential of how big this company could grow as we ourselves age and mature. At the same time, I hope our young age doesn't take away from the seriousness of our commitment. We started this company off as a retail store at a local market. At this date, we have grown to the leading skateboard supplier in our area and the majority of our skate community supports us. We grew from selling at a small store to selling in bulk at wholesale prices to several New York shops. We currently have bulk orders of our custom boards manufactured by a company in Las Vegas. This is the main reason we are searching for investors as it is apparent that the only way we can expand is to cut out the middleman and purchase veneer presses and heat transfer machines to start making our own boards by hand.
