Loosy’s Woodfired Grill, unlike a typical restaurant, will provide a unique dining atmosphere, while offering excellent food at affordable pricing. Loosy’s Woodfired Grill is the answer to an increasing demand. The public wants: (1) a restaurant that offers a casual dining experience that the entire family can enjoy, and (2) an affordable dining menu offered in an environment that does not socially, economically, or politically isolate the general public. Loosy’s goal is to provide the community with an eye catching, socially stimulating, fun-filled dining experience that will generate return customers.
This business plan is prepared to obtain financing in the amount of $170,000. The supplemental financing is required to begin work on site preparation and modifications, equipment purchases, and to cover expenses in the first year of operations.
Loosy’s Woodfired Grill will be incorporated as an LLC corporation. This will shield the owner(s) and investors from issues of personal liability and double taxation. The investors will be treated as shareholders and therefore will not be liable for more than their individual personal investment.
The financing will allow Loosy’s to successfully open and maintain operations through year one. The large initial capital investment will allow Loosy’s to provide it’s customers with a fully furnished restaurant and bar.
