We find homes that are for sale. Specifically for sale by people in hardship. We step in & buy it if the numbers add up (meaning we can fix it up to sell without breaking the bank).
Thus saving that family from having to ruin their credit among other hardships that come with fore-closure & eviction.
Once purchased, we make a list of what needs to be done in further detail, hire sub-contractors to do the work. When the project is done, we hold an open house & turn it over to our Hot-Shot Realtor (Russ Davidson, Re-MAX) & get sold.
