Our company makes and markets illuminated consumer goods to the fashion, sporting goods and industrial safety markets. Our products have received a great deal of third party validation (network TV, national magazines and design awards). However, we have the marketing "muscle" to penetrate the desired distribution/sales channnels. We require, either, a partner who can move our products into their existing stream of products, or an equity partner to help us build an organization strong enough to push our products into national distribution.
