My company purchases distressed residential real estate and then resells using creative financing. I started investing in 1998 and transitioned into my current real estate niche about 3 years ago. We assist our client buyers with obtaining all or part financing through non-traditional lenders. We finance any remaining portion of the purchase price with a seller 2nd mortgage and where needed we will finance both the 1st & 2nd mortgage for the buyer. We can then sell or hold the notes for income and to payoff our credit lines/loans. We are seeking private investor partners to assist with funding our transactions.
