Description:
I would like to start a company that builds 80-90% self sufficent residental homes and vacation rentals. I have an Idea currently for a 3-4 unit vacation rental located at the beach in lincon City. I have consulted an architect who works on 2030 carbonemission standards buildings and had designed larger self sufficent builings and also a builder who has developed properties on the coast. Also my rese4arch for rental incomes has shown that the market trend is for more local travel and that the rental occupance rate needed to recoupe the investment would be 50% Also my reaseach shows that that is easily obtainable.
