I’m a professional who is looking for a partner / investor in order to achieve the goal of build a succesfull business, providing a superb costumer satisfaction for the costumers, great employment enviroment and hard working effort which, at the end, will be a proffitable business for the partner / investors and myself.
This plan have to build from the beginning, meaning that the investor(s) and myself have to register the company and, after that, present to the seller of the laundry facility stores the option to buy one of these. Primarily, and this is the most exciting part of this plan, is that these facilities are located in low income areas or near areas where the condo unit or dwelling does not have any well equipped laundry areas to satisfy the needs of the community and they are force to used any on these stores in order to washed and folded they garments and linens. I not only looking for a investor(s), I also looking for a person / entity who believed in this idea and are willing not only to received back, in a quick and reasonable time the capital borrowed, but also a partner who is committed to achieve this idea.
