Description:
I have written a prospectus on a large Cattle ranch and seek an investor to finance the ranch. The proceeds should double in five to six years.
The ranch will be over 60,000 acers, raise over 20,000 head and the margin of pofit is 25% plus.
Baja California has grown so fast that they import some 4000 head per month.
If you have a question, ask it.
