GLOBAL TAX is the leader Tax and accounting company for the Latin community in the Northern Virginia area ( DC, VA & MD) We have been in business for 15 years, have over 10,000 clients and have a great name and reputation in the community. We currently have 8 locations and would like to expand and franchise. We know that there is an imminent immigration reform coming and we want to position our company so that when the reform takes place and the 12 Million plus of undocumented immigrants are required to file taxes they think of Global Tax as the entity of choice. We have a very unique idea of franchising that would beat the model of the big chains such as H & R Block and Jackson Hewitt. They have been trying to acquire my business for the past 3 years and I know that the only reason is because they want to conquer the Hispanic community.
