Michopo Fast Food aims to provide low cost food to 80% of the Zambian Market. The concept of the business is to provide "something missing in any given market and to provide it a low cost to the customer". Michopo Fast Food will provide cheap alternative food at a low cost to the poor in Zambia. The company will sell mainly beef and goat skewers, and BBQ corn, steamed bread and alternative food. Our main aim is to ensure that our prices remain consistent and expand to other high traffic areas in the shortest time possible. This will lead to franchising to the women in the slums so they can better thier lives and those of thier children.
