Company’s Business
The Company will own and control Dental Vision, Optical and Chiropractic. Dental Vision will have a management relationship with Dental. The Providers will be providing services to Members of Watch. The membership benefits accruing to a member of Watch are listed on Exhibit G.
Watch will have members who join to obtain the benefits provided by Watch through its contracts with Providers. A member who joins Watch will receive the services provided by Providers which are for members only. With a monthly membership fee, members have access to basic dental/vision care with the option to add routine chiropractic care. The basic care includes annual eye exams, routine teeth cleanings, and dental/vision education, provided by highly trained healthcare professionals with state of the art equipment. Additional services not covered by the monthly membership fee are offered to members at wholesale or “at cost” pricing.
The scope of the business concept is distinctive - it gives the dental and vision consumer more choice for their healthcare needs, allows for the elimination of traditional dental and vision insurance, and provides competitive and balanced options for top level care at affordable monthly rates.
