Description:
I have a great idea for a great project. My family has been in the construction business for several decades and has a proven track record with several successful projects. I am going to use their business knowledge/contacts, my business expertise, etc in order to develop this project. What I want to do is develop a Model Spec Community Home that is tailored towards seniors that provides several benefits. Commonly referred to as “Smart Homes.” Great Plan…(URL removed)at Idea. All I need is funding. I am confident that this project will work that I am willing to purchase the land with my own funds. I am seeking $250K as seed capital.
