Hello,
I do not have a small business, but none of the other categories seemed to fit. I am looking for someone who would be wiling to buy my house, appraised at $325,000 in March 2008, and then would be willing to let me purchase the house back, at that price plus a reasonable profit. Unfortunately due to the death of my partner and his care while he was sick, I have gotten myself in difficult financial situation.
I would like to start fresh by paying off both my mortgages and debts,and start again. I would ensure that I qualify for a pre approved mortgage to re buy the house at the new price before proceeding.
