Description:
We are developing a sports complex in San Antonio which will incorporate volleyball, basketball and indoor soccer. This facility will be a rental and tournament facility and there is no others in the city, it is much needed. We will also be working with 2 time WBC champion boxer Jesse James Leija to incorporate boxing and boxing fitness classes. CATZ performance training will be a part as well with their highly successful training programs for developing athletes. We have also spoke with a 3 time olympic gold medalists in swimming who is interested in adding a lap pool and training out of the facility. The investment is apprx 8 million including the land (8 acres) and with current numbers would be repaid in full in 12 years.
