Description:
Funding needed for Log Home Theme Resort in Shasta, located on 40 acres of land, with year round activities, for the summer several big lakes, in the winter ski areas.
This is a start up company and would need $1,000,000.00 for land, construction, Homes.
I have found a beautiful piece of land between the lakes and ski areas; I am working with a reputable log Home Company that would be able to provide all the Homes.
Daily rentals are $150 – $200 for 1br Homes per night, $225 - $250 for 2br cabin, $275 -$300 for 3br homes. Theme weekends would be extra.
