I am Himanshu from Nityananda Group.
I operate in the Real Estate Service Industry. Our prime focus is to build a trust bridge between builder and customer. As there many frauds are done by builders in India, I came up with the idea to verify builders’ profiles and on the other hand, also provide sales & marketing services to builders to achieve their sales goals.
So I met a few people to begin with this startup and founded my company Nityananda Syndicate Private Limited. At the start only it went so well. Later, when we doing well my other co-founders/ business partners had disputes and I was left with a loss of INR 70 Lacs+ (84k USD approx) investment+profit not shared.
Right now I am struggling to arrange funds and got stuck in Debts as well. But, took over the company shares. Today I have 98% of the shares with me and the remaining 2% I transferred to my wife.
I am currently seeking INR 50 lacs (60k USD) of investment for the same business idea or if you could help me to become a builder with the idea of providing the right investment choice for the customers, then I need at least INR 5 crores (601k USD approx).
