With the current slow down in the property market, I have decided to re-structure and turn existing property on my books into up-market guest houses. I feel that the tourism industry is one of the few sectors still growing in the economy. I would like to target the high end of the guest house industry. My properties are based in and around Simons Town. I have just completed one guest house and am looking for funding to build another two. I have applied for the DTI grant which will help with cash flow over the next three years. I plan to develop the guest houses and then sell them on as going concerns.
