I am an experienced real estate agent who has started a real estate investment and management corporation. We are not looking to be "flippers" but to hold onto properties for long term investments (although we will sell choice properties along the way). The ratio of retaining our properties and turning them over will probably be in the 60/40 range (holding versus selling). The ideal investor will be a "silent" investor, as we do all of the leg work, etc.
We already have a waiting list of viable properties that we can close on, but we need additional working capital to make these purchases. We are looking to work with someone on a long-term basis, a mutually satisfactory and profitable relationship for both our investor and our corporation.
