HxC Computers is a one-of-a-kind LAN Center combined with an Electronics Store. We offer the pinnacle of gaming excellence as well as amazing prices on computers, repairs and services. We are the only LAN Center in the Greater St. Louis Area. We have a great location within the Chesterfield Mall, as well as a large customer base. We cater to gamers of all ages, as well as small businesses and anyone else who needs to use a computer every day.
At HxC Computers we have fifteen 42 inch Sharp High Definition TVs on which one can play their choice of Microsoft’s Xbox 360, Sony’s Play Station 3 or Nintendo’s Wii. We carry all the latest and greatest games so gamers can come out and have a chance to meet other gamers as well as have a safe, fun environment to just kick back and relax. This is a rare opportunity for gamers to play with friends and make new friends with people who have the same interests as they do. Gamers can purchase time at an hourly rate, and have an option to pay a flat fee to play all day. Prices are dependent on your level of membership. A hour of play time ranges from $4.50 to $6.50 while all day passes range from $8 to $25. We offer different membership levels (Bronze - Free, Silver - $50, Gold - $100, Platinum - $150) that offer great discounts on all our services, from gaming to computer sales or repairs. This gives gamers an incentive to pay for the membership. We will be holding daily and weekly tournaments as well as bigger monthly and yearly tournaments. Gamers will have the opportunity to win prizes from Free Hours all the way up to a Real Street Legal 49 CC Scooter. We, of course, shall offer different promotions, such as buy 5 day passes and get one free, or buy 4 hours, get the 5th one free. We also offer computer gaming which follows the above mentioned outline. We also plan on attending all major events with a company branded truck with mounted TVs and Xboxes so potential customers can play on our system while they wait around. Not only does this get our name out there, it also gives us a decent source of revenue outside our shop. This will get our name out to people other than gamers, who would be interested in our computer sales / services.
HxC Computers offers computer sales and repairs at the most affordable rates you can find locally. We offer both Retail Computers/Laptops/Servers (HP, Dell, Alienware, Gateway, Acer, etc) as well as our own custom built computers. The best thing about our services is that a customer can come in, sit down with our technicians and tell us what they would need their computer to do. We will discuss their budget and give them the benefit of our knowledge. Then we will price out a custom computer just for them. The customer pays for what they need, and nothing more. This way the computer is everything they need, at the best price possible. Even if you don’t purchase a computer from us, our repair rates are the best around. Our prices are at least half that of our leading competitors and a fourth of most of the bigger companies around. Our technicians all are A+ Certified, but most have other, more specialized certifications. Under our Computer Services we offer Managed Services for Business. This is basically an insurance plan on your IT Assets. If anything was to go wrong, we would come out and take care of it. We now offer additional protection with our LIVE! Protection. This is a system that will constantly monitor your computer’s health and keep our technicians updated on what’s happening. We protect against hardware failures, software crashes, hackers, viruses, ad-ware, spy-ware and other mal-ware. We also provide custom programs made in C, Java, Perl, HTML, PHP and (dot)net.
Our loans will cover our initial equipment purchases (see spreadsheet). We will need to purchase the TVs, gaming consoles, games and furniture under this loan. After our initial purchase our monthly costs are minimal, while the cash flow into the business is substantial because of all the different revenue streams we have in the company.
