Description: We are a company that is planning on manufacture of this item or someone to do the manufacturing of it along with other value added items it has and we run sales and distribution. I started this process over 7 years ago not knowing a thing about the patenting process. I have been keeping the LLC current, and is still active. The patent has been issued at the USPTO as "a refrigerated cloning machine". We have a new patent processing at this time for commercial duty machine that doubled our 48 plant unit output to 96 plants in the same footprint. We are a family team. Herbert Newsam, inventor, history of motor control circuits in the irrigation industry and agriculture industry. Naomi Barnett, daughter, LLC member, Christopher Newsam, presently employed IT professional with Columbia Distribution in Portland Or. Carly Newsam Daughter in law, banking experience, our people person, employed salesperson delivering RedBull products for Columbia Distribution in Portland, Or. William Barnett, son in law, IT professional, electronics, and programmer. Has been instrumental in cleaning up and fixing all the bugs done on the first prototype done by another firm. We are starting small and want to grow steadily. We have been involved with Oregon State University advantage accelerator business incubator. We have a mentor, Kent Welter of NuScale LLC in Corvallis Oregon. He has been helping us with the business plan also. We were at the CCC-CANNABIS collaborative show in Portland, Oregon, we had very good feed back and the direction we were pointed was more plants and bigger units. We redesigned the 48 plant unit into a 96 plant unit. With this 96 plant unit, we designed it into a new patent pending commercial duty unit that can do up to 2,304 plant cuttings in 3 sections that increases the count to 6912 plants and is configurable machine to be able to accommodate different floor plans. We need funding to buy or lease suitable commercial property, tooling, and to put the 3 smaller units into production. Then funding for the technical drawings and development of the large 3 section commercial duty unit and manufacturing set up or procure manufacturing for it. We are offering these units that will have remote control by app, web and box mounted key pad of pump runtime, temperature, PH, bacterial control by 3 methods(activated charcoal filtration, a patent pending plant cutting holder that greatly reduces stem deterioration, maintenance of proper temperature and acid levels. We are looking for an investment partner to go ahead as we continue our journey.
