Setting up a hamburger stand DBA "Hambone's Patty Wagon". Design is basically an outdoor restaurant under shade trees using a commercial kitchen on wheels. Location is directly across from a new, as yet unfinished three story hotel. I already have the location and the kitchen. The capital will be used to create an awesome, attractive outdoor eatery that uses lighting effects to attract customers. The location will be open all night. Will be closed from 2pm till 6pm for city required cleaning.
