Verde eSystems Inc. (“Verde” or “the Company”) a Houston, Texas-based company, was founded in 2013. Our primary focus is based on facilitating the evolution of the Electric Vehicle and e-mobility (electric mobility) markets. Verde is seeking $1.9 Million to fully acquire a patent portfolio of designs for Generation 1 and Generation 2 wireless charging stations to serve the following:
● Electric auto markets as O.E.M. (Original Equipment Manufacturer) and after-market equipment
● Golf cart market as O.E.M. (middle & high-end courses and country clubs replace their cart inventory every two to three years)
● E-mobility markets (wheelchairs, scooters, motorized handicap carts)
● Medical and Dept. of Defense applications
The funds will also be used to set up Research & Development Facilities in both Texas and North Carolina to complete the Gen 2+ product and Gen 3 DC/DC bi-directional products.
A total of $12+ Million has been invested in R & D by the acquisition target to develop the intellectual property that we are purchasing. The proprietary intellectual property embedded in the acquisition company will allow us to serve these markets and we are entering our final phase in this endeavor to produce a viable production-ready product. The 30+ articles written about the company provide a jump start for our marketing effort as the company’s existing market when we press release and contact media writers that have featured the technology in articles.
Verde eSystems Inc. will continue to develop and mature the technology and will be the dominant innovator in these high volume markets producing both high power commercial and residential wireless charging stations.
OPPORTUNITY
The Electric Vehicle has been on the fringes for some time but is now exploding into the market. The long-awaited penetration of the automobile market by EV’s is upon us at a perfect time and cost. Using current knowledge of design and retrofitting existing vehicles over the last 12 years, the principals of the company have embedded knowledge of the value in the “to be purchased” plugless power systems, and this value is being purchased at 15% of the original cost of investment.
This process completed and venture to build represents the final step in bringing wireless charging to reality for electric cars, golf carts, warehouse equipment, wheelchairs for the disabled, and “scooters” that are available in most big-box warehouse stores in America.
REVOLUTIONARY SOLUTION/PRODUCT
Verde will use inductive charging technology to eliminate the need to plug in your Electric Vehicle.
The two aligned magnetic coils send power to your EV across an air gap between your vehicle and the Wireless Charging Station.
We have entered into negotiations with a company that has devoted significant capital, time, and manpower in the electric market. This target company has Intellectual Property, years of testing, and test marketing, and sales that will pave the way to rapid penetration of the existing EV market. Currently, this company has over 500 Gen 1 test devices in the field with a 0% failure rate. These devices are fully certified (UL, FCC, ISED, other certs).
Work is currently being done to finalize the next generation Gen 2+ device, which will feature a wider air gap and quicker charging times. A fully functional Gen 2 device will be installed and integrated into a vehicle within the next 30-60 days (near the end of June). The planned schedule is to have the Gen 2+ upgraded system installed and tested by fall.
