(URL removed) is a social networking site & portal for high school and college students ages 16 to 25. The site provides all of the features of the major social networking sites but with all of the tools that students need and demand. Our website is near completion and we are projecting for a soft launch date in mid October. We count with our own engineering, marketing, and sales team all we need is an injection of two million dollars in order for us to finish and market the site nationwide. We are very confident that we will reach the 1MM unique user benchmark within six months. Once a networking site reaches this threshold the interactive advertising dollars are in the millions. Eventually, we want to gain the status of a facebookm myspacem hi5 by reaching the students around the world.
Our site is innovative and after conducting a focus group with highschool and college deans in Southern California we realized that we have a hit in our hands.
We are looking for an investor that is highly knowledgeable of the internet/publishing space and that is willing enable us to reach the second and third rounds of funding with ease.
