Henry Cooper / Founder / CEO / Chairman Henry started his young career as an entrepreneur in the construction business. Henry’s early career was spent at Banker’s Facility Management Services. He grew quickly through the ranks and under his leadership, the firm grew to become the ninth largest provider of construction and facility management services for the banking and finance industry in California. Henry had 65 employees working under him and he managed 25 vendors who serviced over1,400 facilities. Banker’s Facility Maintenance Services grew at a rapid pace not thru traditional advertising. BFM Service’s reputation sold itself. Henry was also responsible for converting 225 branches for US Bank in Southern California. The firm's excellent reputation was solidly based upon his corporate values for superior customer relationship management, judicious fiscal performance, prompt and efficient completion of technical projects. After more than 20 years in business Henry could easily see the path that technology was flowing. In 2001 he launched Interlink DSL, a subscriber WISP located in Southern CA. He grew this company to 5,300 subscribers in only 2 years. He created and deployed a very elaborate network that at the time had never before been accomplished. A linked system with 52 towers to one central point and he created a Mesh network that covered over 100 square miles. The profit included a monthly residual income from subscribers that exceeded original estimates by more than 300%. Henry had introduced Wi-Fi to several cities where only dial-up was previously available. He was able to achieve the dream of every successful entrepreneur, creating a market where none previously existed. Thus, he began to patent his own designs for these technologies and in 2005 founded Mesh City, Inc. and founded a program with Department of Homeland security and Verizon Federal to create a national disaster communications recovery program none today as FirstNet. We signed it with Nancy Pelosi, Verizon and my self in 2008 for $1.2 billion, since this program has started it has funded over $25 billion nationally for emergency communications.
