Right On Q BBQ opened in March of 2011. Henry and I left the professional BBQ circuit and our popular catering business to open our own BBQ joint. We still offer our catering services for birthdays, rehearsal dinners, corporate eve
nts and meetings.
Using a custom made Southern Pride Smoker loaded with Oak and Pecan the pork, brisket, ribs, sausage, turkey and chicken are smoked to perfection. Each plate or sandwich is cut to order right in front of the dining room.
Don't like BBQ? Well, we offer a selection for everyone. Salads, burgers, a hand battered and lightly fried catfish to die for - served with house made tartar sauce and our own twist on a Q-Ban that makes each person who orders it an instant fan.
Cobblers and Award Winning Bread Pudding are the house specialties in the dessert category. We hand whip the cream, and believe us it is better than ice cream!
