I am seeking start up capital for a concession stand that caters to people who love german food. I want to start small and go from there. Offering 2 or 3 different foods that are very popular amongst those that love german food. I feel it will be a great success but need the funding to get started. I am in the beginning stages (the IDEA) and will take all the necessary steps to achieve my goal / dream once I know that I can get the financing. I believe that it will take approximately $80K to start this business (that WILL grow into a fullblown german delicatesse restaurant, no doubt). I have no finances at his point, I am literally starting out with nothing but an idea and I need help turning this idea into a great success.
