Description: 3 Treats Investments is a fairly new investment/wholesale company. We find houses that are distressed or that the seller is wanting out of really bad. We contract the house for appx. 65% of the ARV (After Repair Value) and resell to our investors for 40% to 50% of the ARV. Then we show the houses to our list of investors who have requested us to find houses meeting their criteria. We are also beginning working with HUD housing and placing bids. HUD requires funding to be wired a day before closing since so many of the nationaly known banks checks have been bouncing. What we need is someone or several investors who would want to basically do a transitional funding for one or two days on these houses. The title company would hold your money and distribute your money back plus interest on closing day which is usually the same day that you wire the money to the title company. No money is ever needed until 3 Treats Investments finds our end buyer for each (URL removed)n the title company follows the HUD 1 instructions for distribution of funds. I have a whole list of more than 300 wholesalers who are also looking for transitional funding. The constant flow of houses being bought and sold would make your money double and triple itself.
