Description:
teacher certification seminars inc is a nonprofit starting in 1997. we are exspanding by creating a program call s.a.f.e place that will provide direct service to the community. the first plan is a 24 hour hotline to connect families/individuals with services. this is something we hope can happen with funding and support from other donors.
