A woman owned,organic, locally sourced, full service restaurant. Pre-opening we will be certified green.
We are environmentally and socially conscious, will recycle all kitchen waste for use in our organic gardens, donate all used kitchen oils for alternative use fuels, and utilize heat sanitation for dish washing to reduce chemical pollutants in ground water. We plan on hosting a monthly soup kitchen to feed those in need and to reduce kitchen waste. Continuing education of our employees who wish for a career in the food industry, as well as opportunities for at risk youth to train with us, will be provided as part of our growth and community commitment strategies.
