Valley Family Health Center(VFHC)is a growing business looking for working capital. A small multi-specialty community Health center with 3 (URL removed) Clinic has been operating out of a commercial building since 2006. Clinic was establish 18 years ago under different ownership and we took over the business 2 years ago. We have skilled, dedicated and certified healthcare providers and massage therapists with warm hearts to keep our clients returning to us again and again. Our clients over the past 8 months have increased because of our services, atmosphere, and reasonable rates. We provide services Monday -Friday from 9-7:00 PM and Saturdays 9-5:00 PM. Services that we provide includes: Family Medicine, pain management, Physical Therapy, Chiropractic, Acupuncture, Massage Therapy, Work related Injuries, sport and personal injuries. We have seen an steady and slow growth in # of new patients. We are in the process of establishing contracts with third party payers (insurance companies). Need working capital to expand marketing plan that will allow us to market our services and take our company to the next level. We are looking for investment capital in the amount of 150,000 to 250,000 for a short period of time in the hopes of keeping our dreams alive. We also welcome a strategic partner that can add to our current success with expansion capital and development and marketing advice/input.
