One Moon Investments, LLC is a private, local real estate investment company specializing in rehab & retail of residential properties. We’ve had great success so far ~ we’ve flipped 10 properties in the last 3 years and have our 11th on the market right now. We’ve made more than $200,000 in our short 3 years in business. In a nutshell, we buy distressed properties, fix them up using very creative and affordable techniques and then sell them. We update each home to maximize its resale value and are involved in the entire process to ensure the finished product is something we are very proud of.
Until recently, we’ve been able to use our own money to purchase these properties. Given the current traditional lending options available today, there are very limited loan options available for our necessary volume of investment properties.
As a licensed real estate agent and a member of the Pierce County Foreclosure Group, we have the knowledge, the tools and the team to buy these homes and turn them quickly for a healthy profit. All we need now is an ANGEL Investor so we can take advantage of the all-cash opportunities (bank-owned, pre-foreclosures, etc) that are currently available in our market.
