I work the foreclosure market in California, with note brokering. Investing in the range of 35K-150K. Angel Investor and seed money needed. This really all goes hand and hand. I have the drive, determination, and diligence to be able to excel in this venture. However, my small investment of 80K is tapped out. I have 3 notes earning 12% plus a nice processing fee.
