22 Acre Urban Farm Development Located in Fort Collins Colorado:
Trail Buzz Tap House, located on Bee’Haven Farm, will feature many different local craft beers, wine, kombucha, cider, coffee and soda. Our goal is to have an atmosphere that is inviting to everyone and where couples feel comfortable bringing their kids. We will provide community fire pits and will be offering different smores and hot dog/brat packages to be cooked around the fires. We will feature a few gluten free beer options as well as our signature honey beer. Our menu will be light, offering items such as chips/salsa, hummus platters, charcuterie boards, panini's, and different kid menu items. A section of the menu will be specific to honey, our theme is "Bees" and the "Outdoors". We aim to provide education and social awareness to our customers and the community. Trail Buzz Tap House will be a tip free establishment, but tips gladly accepted. Any tips received will be given back to the community in the areas of maintaining/growing the bee population. A certain amount of proceeds from our signature honey beer will also be donated to different "save the bee population" organizations. Trail Buzz will encompass a small bike repair shop as well. Reaching out to the local biking community is important to us. We plan on contributing to different organizations that support trail maintenance in the area. Bee' Haven will have a small pump track located on the grounds.
Bee'Haven is where everyone will enter and be able to experience the urban farm atmosphere. We will showcase a bee farm which we will continue to maintain and grow. Our bees will provide the honey to Trail Buzz Tap House. We also plan on showcasing different honey products available for sale to consumers visiting Bee'Haven. Families will be able to enjoy the various farm animals that will be housed at Bee'Haven to include chickens, miniature goats and ducks. Bee'Haven will also be a beautiful place for community events and weddings. We will have an outdoor pavilion as well as indoor venue available to rent for events such as weddings, work events, private parties, farmers market, etc. We believe Bee'Haven/Trail Buzz can provide the additional space within our community for such events and most importantly provide a place for family and friends to come meet and enjoy great food and a great experience.
Bee'Haven property consist of a total of 7 leased parcels. The property will house the following buildings. Bee' Haven Event Center, Trail Buzz Tap House, Community/Public Pool and Lake, Spa Building, Youth Outdoors Center, Red Zone Fitness Center, and Veterinarian. Along with the leased buildings the grounds will consist of a dog park, community gardening plots, and two lakes.
