Keystone Charitable Relief Foundation (KCRF) is a non-profit organization I am currently setting up. This foundation is being set up to benefit families who have lost a child or family member or have had one get very ill and have accrued large medical bills in the process and are unable to pay them.
I was inspired to do this from living through a friend’s personal loss, the after math that came in the two years following. Although her bills have graciously been paid by donors I would like to set up a foundation that will help families with similar needs through out the USA.
I have letters out to, two different professionals that I would like to bring on the board of directors, one is an accountant who has successfully run his own business for 30 years, the other a seasoned lawyer in the Harrisburg, Pennsylvania Area who is fluent in non-profit law. I am currently filling out paper work for grants but I am looking for an investor/board member to help with some of the financials of setting up a non-profit.
