We have been completely renovating homes in the Central Wisconsin area for many years as contractors, and always planned on flipping them as well, when the time was right.
We decided that it's definitely time to move forward with our plans, and search out an investor, like you!
We have the knowledge, skills, experience and time to complete the work, were just in need of the initial means to fund it.
