(URL removed) is a unique image search engine that uses visual qualities from the image for categorization and retrieval. You can search for images by keyword, shape, color, by drawing on the flashpad or by uploading files. The system is built, vetted and scalable but I have no monetization outlet and cannot devote any more time to development. With funding or the right business relationship with an established company this could be a homerun... I have a great track record in technology but not in business development. I have all the answers, now I just need someone to help me figure out what the questions are!

Image search (by color, by shape, by meaning ... as well as OCR, I have homegrown libraries for reading the text out of images)
Organic Search (basically a standard web search engine)
Contextual Targeting - similar to adsense
Visual Targeting - for graphical ad formats, matches ads to pages with similar colors, appearance, etc to increase CTR
