Description: I am looking for a loan or investment for $200K to by my partners out. I have already put up $85K and the remaining is about $80K with the rest of the investment or loan as working capital. Would pay back not in 5 years. The business is doing about $550K a year running at only 50%. The credit card receipts around $200K a year. My partners don't know what they are doing and a buy out is a must. I do have a final contract already in place. Time is of essence to this loan or investment. I will put up about $250K in assets and assign a portion of the credit card receipts to pay off the investment of loan. I only have 14 days to complete this or lose my money I have already put up.
