We are a small commercial mortgage company. We specialize in the funding of energy and green projects and well as large retail projects. Fortunately the funding source we use has not been affected by the economy. We get the projects we take on funded with Industrial Development Revenue Bonds(IDRB). We currently have 20-30 energy and green projects that we're working on as well as two very large retail projects. We send the project to our bond facilitators who intern get the projects approved at the city level and ultimately approved by the state. This is what we do and have done for the last four years.
