I have already expended $400,000 US on the research. There is an additional 1,500 building lots for phase 2 & 3 we have the written support from the local government who have offered their support and donation of additional land. Support from the US Embassy is also offered. I am looking for investors for start-up help in the amount of US$ 500,000.
