Description:
meadowland golf club is a beautiful 9 hole golf club that is a source of recreation for putnam and surrounding areas. it is currently owned buy frank linville and he is wanting to sell because he is not interested in this kind of business any longer. i have been a member at this club, which is open to the public for 5 years. it services the county's high school golf teams. i am very interested in purchasing this business. it has a steady flow of revenue with little overhead and has been borderline profitable under the ;linvilles ownership. i feel with some marketing and with my management background i am to increase revenue and bottom line to make this a striving business in our growing county. putnam county is the fastest growing county in west virginia. if you have any information about finacing this business i would greatly appreciate it. thank you.
