Investment Opportunity:
We are raising capital to further scale the business. We are paying 8% annual interest (paid on a quarterly basis) on a five-year note convertible to equity upon an exit at today’s $8 share price.
Founders & Board:
Our founders sold their last company in 2012 for $144 million to a publicly listed company. Our Board includes the founders and two outside directors. These outside directors are both successful entrepreneurs and active investors in technology startups.
