It will be a private partnership asset management company. The portfolio will be diversified as -
Real Estate: 50%;
Residential real estate price in the USA is almost at the bottom. We will be able to purchase properties at least 30% below the current market value. There are avalanches of bank owned properties which are selling at discount. Once rented out, these properties will produce 8% - 10% income annually. These properties will be doubled in value in 5 - 7 years.
stocks: 10%
Though the stock market is very volatile in nature, we can beat the S&P 500 index with our expertise in trading. Most of our positions will be protected by put options and collars. We can expect an annual return of 10%.
commodity futures: 20%
Here is the aggressive part of our business. We can make 20%+ return on our investment with proper money management. There will be draw downs in this section time to time, but that will be limited to 1% - 2% of the portfolio and will be recovered with strict money management rules.
