With so many homes and comercial properties being foreclosed on, we see an opportunity that many are missing. We believe the time is right to pick up properties for 35 to 50 cents on the dollar. Where distressed properties are involved we believe it can be an even greater dicount. People will always need houing and we intend to set ourselves apart from the rest of the houses out there by including "sizzle features" you would nt expect to find in the average mid-priced home. These could include, but are not limited to, big screen tvs, hot tubs, granite countertops, and the like.
