I am extremely interested in becoming a real-estate investor/house flipper and need someone to take me under their wing. My name is Hannah, I am a 24/year old female. I bought my first house alone last year and have completley renovated it entireley by myself (its now worth 42% more than I bought it for) I did all the work from installing new hardwood floors to the plumbing, lighting, cabinets, decorating to painting the entirety of the house all by myself. I have always been incredibly interested in real estate and design I just never had anyone to believe in me but myself (which has gotten me pretty far)I am incredibly hardworking and ambitious and I have a very good outlook on life. Currently I am in sales, I work for a 4 billion dollar company and I am one of the top sales representatives for my company in the country. I absolutley love my job, but I deeply want to be in real estate investments and flip houses. I know that with the right support I could make myself and someone willing to invest in me a ton of money. I may not know everything about real estate but I am incredibly willing to learn.
