The music school was started by a piano teacher in 2003. My husband and I bought the business in 2004. The business started out very well, but the last two years have been slow. We want to keep the business going but we have a balloon payment due in Nov. 2009 of 35,0000. We run the business out of part of our home, so we don't have enough equity in our home to borrow the balloon payment. My husband also works full time as a resturant manager. He is taking college courses to finish his accounting degree. I am finishing my MBA in March. I am also taking classes to be a licensed life insurance agent.
