Description:
Orlandella, Inc., is a commercial construction subcontractor. We build the "inside of the building" for the established, successful general contractors who continue to do well in this economy. We've got their attention because we know how to meet their budget. We can meet it because our staff exists only for the life-cycle of the project. Each job is its own entity. We put one project manager at the head, we pull the best talent from the industry pool to swing the hammers, and the job gets done for a fixed price on the dotted line. We don't start the job until the company has agreed that the price is the price. As a result, we can't keep up with the requests for bids. We turn down work simply because we can't go 60 days without getting paid. That's stupid. Sit down with us, go over the numbers and you'll see.
